Our Peace of Mind Support plans are designed to provide the highest level of network reliability while decreasing costs with a budget friendly fixed monthly cost. These plans provide your credit union with complete network management focused on problem prevention through proactive monitoring which virtually eliminates downtime. With a Peace of Mind plan in place, Virtual IT is your Credit Union's Virtual IT Department.

Which plan is right for you?

Each Credit Union is different in the level of support they need. CU size, level of internal IT staff expertise, demand they place on their IT infrastructure, and the level of service they want to provide to their members are all variables that determine the level of support they need from Virtual IT. Because of this, we have developed different plans with different levels of service in each of the following three categories to match the needs of the individual Credit Union. Plans can be mixed and matched between server, desktop and network support in a custom plan to perfectly match the technical needs of your Credit Union. See below for more details.

Silver Level

This level is great for Credit Unions with a high level of internal IT expertise or have a low demand and reliance on their infrastructure.

Gold Level

This level is great for Credit Unions with a lower level of internal IT expertise and have a lower demand and reliance on their infrastructure - they can tolerate a certain amount of downtime without it disrupting their operations greatly.

Platinum Level

This level is great for Credit Unions with very little internal IT expertise or have a high demand and reliance on their infrastructure - their member service goals demand virtually no downtime disrupting their operations.

Example

A Credit Union has a staff member that along with their other duties can handle most desktop support issues for employees but is unable to handle complex server issues. The Credit Union has critical need servers that if they are down it severely impacts member service and is unacceptable. They also desire to have a strategic plan for their IT infrastructure growth so it keeps in line with the demands of the institution. Our recommended plan for this Credit Union would be:
